Swiss blockchain firm Fedrok AG has partnered with Papua New Guinea’s Howarig Traders to boost renewable energy use and blockchain technology across the nation. The collaboration aims to create sustainable development opportunities. Fedrok AG has developed a ’Proof of Green’ consensus mechanism that rewards blockchain activity powered by renewable energy. Howarig Traders, known for its work in PNG’s renewable energy projects, will help apply blockchain tech directly.
